Potato Salad 

  • 12 Potatoes

  • 6 hard-boiled eggs

  • 1 onion (diced)

  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)

  • 5 green onions (thinly sliced)

  • 4 stalks celery (diced)

  • 1 TBS celery seed

  • 2 TBS mustard powder

  • cup olive oil

  • 1 cups mayo

  • Salt and pepper to taste

            Boil potatoes whole and cook until soft, but not mushy. Cut into small pieces and put in mixing bowl. Chop eggs in small pieces and add potatoes. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. 

Serves: 6 to 8
