Peanut Butter Balls

Ingredients

 

  • 32 oz powdered sugar

  • 2 cups peanut butter

  • 2 cups margarine

  • 1-1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 12 oz milk chocolate chips

  • 3 oz cake paraffin wax

 

Preparation

 

Melt peanut butter & margarine in a saucepan over low heat.  Stir in vanilla & remove from heat.  Add powdered sugar.  Mix well & shape into small balls.  Insert a toothpick into each ball.  Melt chocolate chips & paraffin wax in top of double boiler over very low heat.  Dip each ball in the chocolate mixture.  Cool on waxed paper.  Reheat chocolate if it thickens...DO NOT add water.
