Honey Country Crock Biscuits 

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/8 teaspoon baking soda

  • teaspoon salt

  • 2 tablespoons Country Crock margarine

  • cup ( 4 ounces) plain, low-fat yogurt

  • 1 teaspoon honey 

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl and cut in margarine with a pastry blender until crumbly. Combine yogurt and honey and add to flour mixture, stirring with a fork until dry ingredients are moistened.

Turn dough onto a lightly floured work surface; knead lightly 4 to 5 times. Roll dough to -inch thickness; cut into 10 (2-inch) biscuits. Place on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.
