English Pea Casserole  

  • 2 cans Lesueur very small early peas

  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup

  • 1 stick margarine

  • 1 cup grated cheese

  • 1 cup crumbled saltines 

Melt margarine and pour over peas. Stir in and add dash of salt and pepper. Spread mushroom soup over peas that have been put in casserole dish. Sprinkle crumbs on to. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
