cream cheese, softened
1 to 2
teaspoons lemon juice
zest of 1 orange and 1 lemon
2 ½ cups
sliced fresh or frozen fruit
chopped nuts (for garnish)
electric mixer, beat cream cheese and whipping cream on high
speed until light and fluffy. Reduce speed to low and add
sugar, lemon juice and citrus zest.
Layer 1/8 of
the cream cheese mixture in each of 4 stemmed glasses. Top
each with1/2 cup of fruit and ¼ of the remaining cream cheese
mixture. Chill in freezer 10 to 15 minutes.

whipped cream, chopped nuts or both, as desired.
