Corn Casserole

  • 1/2 cup melted margarine

  • 1 tbs. flour

  • 2 well beaten eggs

  • 2 12oz cans whole kernel corn (drained)

  • 1/2 cup sugar

  • 1/2 cup pet milk

  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Heat margarine & sugar over medium heat until melted.  Stir in flour & blend well.  Remove from heat & stir in milk.  Add eggs & baking powder.  Pour into a buttered casserole dish.  Bake at 350 F for 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean.
