Corn and Sausage Casserole

  • 1 1/2 lb. pork sausage

  • 1 can whole kernel corn

  • 1/4 cup milk

  • 3 beaten eggs

  • 14 crushed Ritz crackers

  • 2 tbs. plain Flour

  • 2 tbs. sugar

  • 1/2 stick melted margarine

  • Salt & pepper to taste

 Crumble Sausage & brown until done.  Drain Well.  Beat eggs.  Mix sausage, corn, sugar, flour, milk, & dash of pepper.  Mix well & pour into casserole dish.  Sprinkle crushed Ritz & butter on top.  Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
