Chicken Wings with Spicy Mango Glaze
chicken wings, tips removed and cut in half
freshly ground pepper
Bobby Flay’s Spicy Mango Glaze
Heat oil in a
large skillet to 365 degrees. Fry the wings in batches until crisp
and golden brown, about 6 to 8 minutes per batch. Remove with
a slotted spoon to a plate lined with paper towels.

glaze. Toss to coat each wing each wing with the sauce. Place
on a serving platter.
