Crispy Chicken Wings with Spicy Mango Glaze 

  • 1-quart vegetable oil

  • 4 pounds chicken wings, tips removed and cut in half

  • Salt and freshly ground pepper

  • 1 jar Bobby Flay’s Spicy Mango Glaze 

Heat oil in a large skillet to 365 degrees. Fry the wings in batches until crisp and golden brown, about 6 to 8 minutes per batch. Remove with a slotted spoon to a plate lined with paper towels.

Place wings in a large bowl. Season with salt and pepper and add the mango glaze. Toss to coat each wing each wing with the sauce. Place on a serving platter.

Yield: 8 servings
