package orange gelatin
(20-ounce) can crushed pineapple in syrup
can mandarin oranges
carton whipped topping
Combine gelatin and
pineapple with syrup in large saucepan. Bring to a boil,
stirring constantly until dissolved completely.
Cool. Stir in cold buttermilk. Fold in whipped topping
and carefully add oranges last. Pour into mold and chill until
firm. When ready to serve, unmold onto serving platter.
