Broccoli Soup

  • 1 pkg (10oz) frozen chopped broccoli

  • 1 can (10 3/4oz) cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

  • 1 1/2 cups milk

  • 2 tbs butter or margarine

  • 1/4 tsp tarragon, crushed

  • 1/4 tsp dillweed

  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper

  • 1 tbs cream sherry

Cook broccoli according to package directions in a large saucepan; drain well. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thoroughly heated.

Yield: 4 Servings.
