Henckels Twin Four Star II Kitchen Knives

Henckels Twin Four Star II knives are the most popular knife line in the world. Designed and developed with some of the world’s most famous chefs, they meet the high standards Henckels has set for itself at a very reasonable price.

The blades of the Twin Four Star II knives are made using Henckels’s SCT steel, which uses the optimum steel for each part of the knife. For added strength and edge retention, the steel is ice hardened using Henckels’s patented Friodur® method. The edge of the blade is sharpened using a laser controlled system for the ultimate razor-sharp edge.

The Twin Four Star II handles feature an enhanced bolster for balance, which increases chopping speed, knife stability, and control. It is covered in an ergonomically shaped polypropylene, chosen for its comfort and grip. These seamless handles are both hygienic and dishwasher safe, although J A Henckels recommends hand washing your knives to reduce corrosion. The handles also feature steel end caps to further increase balance and cutting power.
