Shipping and Handling Information

Shipping and Handling charges are based on total weight of products ordered.
It is calculated based on the ship to zip code and/or country.
Shipping and Handling will be charged based on method selected at time of order.
UPS ground is for the Contiguous USA Only.
If there is an error when the shipping is calculated you will be notified and will be charged the corrected amount.
Orders are shipped on our next business day. Actual delivery date is based on shipping method selected at time of order.
Please allow 3-6 business days from date of order for US Postal Service and UPS Ground delivery.
If you chose UPS Next Day Air or 2nd Day Air shipping and we receive your order before 3PM EST on a business day, we will ship your order that day.
All UPS orders will receive email notification when it is shipped. This email provides the UPS Tracking Number. This number will allow the tracking of the shipment in the UPS Tracking System.
All US Postal Service shipping will not receive any notification. The US Post Office does not provide shipment tracking.

Free Shipping

Free shipping is only for products marked as Free Shipping.
Free shipping method is UPS Ground or US Postal Service Only. We determine the method of free shipping.
For a product that offers free shipping, Next Day or Second Day shipping are available upon request, but are not free. All shipping charges will be added. Use the comment area on the order page to request Next Day or Second Day shipping.
