Basic Frozen Yogurt
- 2 egg whites
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 cup sugar or perspective sugar substitute
- 1 quart Half & Half
- 1 pint plain yogurt
Combine Half & Half, plain yogurt and sugar or sugar substitute. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites and add vanilla. Churn and freeze with White Mountain Ice Cream Freezers.
VARIATIONS:
1. Add fresh or frozen strawberries chopped fine for a delicious fruity dessert.
2. Melt 2 squares unsweetened chocolate, 1/4 cup sugar and add to the basic yogurt mixture
3. Mash 2 bananas, add 1/4 cup walnuts to yogurt mix.
